Shipping/Delivery Costs
We offer free UK shipping to all orders of £25 or more. Use the Code FREESHIP25 at checkout to claim.
In all other cases, price of domestic shipping varies dimensionally based on the item's weight and size. The final shipping cost is calculated at checkout after your address has been entered. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail or Courier? Estimated ship time at checkout does not include processing time. For more information, see below.
All international shipping prices are calculated dimensionally based on weight and size. International orders may be subject to customs duties (import taxes), which are the responsibility of the buyer to pay. 
Shipping costs of approved returns and exchanges are also the responsibility of the buyer. All shipping costs are non refundable.

Processing Time

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. The processing time for most items is 1-3 business days unless stated otherwise on the individual product page.

All made to order items, including coasters and desk organisers, require 1 week’s production time. Art prints require approx. 2 working days to be processed. If you're unsure whether or not an item is made to order or on backorder, feel free to contact me. We normally send shipping confirmations as soon as we've sent out your order.

United States & Canada: 
7-15 business days 
Other Countries: 7 - 15 business days

The above shipping estimates do not include processing times. Please note that whilst the shipping providers do their very best to meet these shipping estimates, we cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen and the processing times mentioned above. We cannot refund orders that arrive late due to the shipping courier, and we reserve the right to deny cancellation requests on behalf of items that have extended processing times.
Please note that we cannot take responsibility if an item is lost in transit due to the courier. If the wrong address is provided at checkout, the buyer assumes responsibility for the loss incurred. Please double check the accuracy of your address and contact us immediately if it is wrong. We will do our very best to change the address before shipment, but cannot make any guarantees, especially if we have already shipped out your order.
