RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
As some of my products are handmade, once payment has been made cancellations will not be accepted.
I accept returns within 30 days of dispatch. Please note that refunds will only be permitted if the item is unused and undamaged. If you are not 100% happy with your Alejo Mi order for any reason, please return it to me in its original condition to the address below by recorded/trackable delivery and your refund will be processed. To qualify for a refund, please email hello@alejomi.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Shipping and handling fees for returns are the customer’s responsibility. I am unable to refund any shipping fee unless the return is the result of a defective or incorrect product.
RETURN ADDRESS:
Please pack your return in a well-padded box to prevent damage in transit and include your address on the back. Please send an email to hello@alejomi.com with your order number once you have posted the item to:

Please allow 2-3 weeks from receipt of your return for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credited amount to appear on your statement.
